Patient Experience Specialist

At North York General Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experience. As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and families receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with healthcare teams and leadership to build capacity and leadership for concerns to be managed at the local level.
- Support patients, families, staff, physicians, and volunteers in the compliment and concern process.
- Collaborate with Patient Safety and Risk Management Specialists and Quality Improvement Specialists as required.
- Provide support for hospital initiatives focused on patient and family experience, quality, safety, and risk.
- Regulated Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred.
- Member of a Regulated College in Ontario.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience in a Patient and Family Relations Role preferred.
- Bilingualism in French/English an asset.
