The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating intricate business challenges that can be addressed through automated systems. Key Responsibilities:- Business Process Leadership: Guide teams by collaborating across departments to ensure the development and implementation of optimal solutions. Actively seek opportunities to enhance business process efficiency.
- Functional Analysis: Oversee the planning, collection, and documentation of tactical functional requirements for complex business scenarios within the Winland IT Ecosystem.
- Functional Design: Ensure that the functional designs of solutions facilitate process improvements and competitive advantages while maximizing return on investment.
- Technical Analysis: Validate and confirm the conclusions related to the planning and documentation of tactical technical requirements.
- Technical Design: Ensure that technical designs are efficient, reliable, and scalable, protecting the integrity of the entire IT Ecosystem.
- Implementation: Guarantee the quality delivery of contemporary solutions in accordance with company standards. Direct the design and execution of testing plans.
- Incident Management: Lead investigations into incidents and conduct root cause analyses, ensuring timely solutions are developed and validated with users.
- Change Control: Guide others in assessing the urgency and impact of change requests, ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
- Human Capital Development: Mentor team members, ensuring effective performance reviews and development plans are in place.
- Additional Duties: Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
- Proficient in key tools and core competencies relevant to the position.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Minimal travel may be required based on assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in multiple specialized fields with a broad understanding of related disciplines.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills to navigate complex issues and enhance established procedures.
- Experience in implementing complex solutions with a long-term perspective.
