Job Title: HR Business Partner, Colgate-Palmolive Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team, driving business outcomes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that drive business results
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist/HRBP role
  • Experience working in a multinational organization, preferably in a corporate office
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
