Job Title: HR Business Partner, Hill's Canada

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hill's Canada. As a trusted advisor to our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving human resources strategies that support business objectives and elevate organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR initiatives and projects
  • Anticipate and plan for human capital implications to achieve business goals
  • Align the business unit with enterprise HR principles, policies, and standards
  • Manage talent acquisition, talent management, and organization effectiveness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role
  • Experience in a multinational organization at a corporate office
  • Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
