Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Category Management Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our customer development team, you will be responsible for supporting our relationship with Loblaw's and driving category growth through fact-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of category strategies and plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for category growth and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data trends and market insights to inform category decisions and optimize product assortment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in category management to continuously improve our approach.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a sales or advisor capacity, preferably in the consumer product industry.
- 3+ years of experience in category management using syndicated services such as Nielsen or IRI/Circana.
- Proficient skills in JDA Space Planning and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.
