Job Title: HR Business Partner, Colgate-Palmolive Canada

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our management team and lead HR for Hill's second largest subsidiary. We are searching for an exceptional HR professional who is not just experienced, but truly passionate about driving human resources strategies that invigorate business objectives and elevate organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted partner to key cross-functional leaders, working collaboratively across teams to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business leaders related to the implementation and management of the HR
  • Understand local market and external factors to develop insights and to inform Business HR, COHREs and business decisions
  • Anticipate and plan for human capital implications i.e. workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and performance-based activities in order to achieve business goals;
  • Align the Business Unit/Global Function with enterprise HR principles, policies and standards
  • Partner with the various COHRE and CBS teams on HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, Data Management etc.)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives and projects
  • A HR Generalist/HRBP role supporting Leadership Teams
  • Navigating a large multinational organization at a corporate office
  • One or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
  • Using SAP-HR and Success Factors systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Master's degree
  • CPG experience
  • Senior leadership support/stakeholder management
