Position Overview

  • Motivating a team, fostering a sense of pride, and cultivating a culture that delivers an exceptional Quick Service Restaurant experience
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for guests, team members, and yourself
  • Leading and managing a team of Supervisors and Crew Members

Your Qualities and Experience

While prior experience in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer service representative in a managerial role is beneficial, the most crucial aspect is your character.

You lead by example and take responsibility. You set high standards and consistently elevate expectations for yourself and your team. When faced with challenges, you can evaluate and resolve issues with assurance. You prioritize people over profits, understanding that fostering a positive culture results in happier, more engaged staff who provide a superior experience for guests.
