About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer feedback is acted upon and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
      • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
