Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
