The Procurement Services team is currently in search of a Vendor Management Analyst to oversee and maintain the iSupplier Portal and Vendor Master File database within Oracle EBS r12. This position is essential for managing our vendor database, nurturing supplier relationships, and ensuring that vendor records are accurate and current. This role is vital to our procurement operations, supporting the procurement team and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain vendor records in our Oracle EBS Vendor Management system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supplier data. Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and communications, delivering prompt and professional responses regarding vendor profiles. Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors into the iSupplier system, verifying documentation and managing the setup process. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and legal, to ensure consistency in vendor management practices. Generate reports and analyze data related to vendor activities, identifying areas for process enhancements and cost efficiencies. Participate in vendor audits and evaluations, assisting with documentation and providing necessary support. Leverage Accounts Payable experience to assist with purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices, payment methods, or taxation matters. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including vendor account reconciliation and report preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Prior experience in vendor management, procurement, accounts payable, or a similar role. Familiarity with Oracle EBS r12 iSupplier or comparable vendor management systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. Understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management. Experience with Accounts Payable processes, including the reconciliation of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
