Overview of the Role:
This position plays a crucial role in the lifecycle of acquiring, managing, and servicing market data and related services.

The selected candidate will primarily focus on vendor relationship management and contract oversight, taking charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and implementation of Market Data Services – including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and administration.
  • Oversight of Contract Management – handling renewals, service modifications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Oversight – collaborating with the Invoice Payment Team to manage vendor invoicing, ensuring cost validation and appropriate attribution.
  • Compliance Oversight – ensuring service entitlements align with contract specifications.
  • Collaboration with Internal Business Partners – processing data sourcing and license requests, ensuring technology solutions are compatible with our systems.
  • Database Management – maintaining high-quality data within our systems, including inventory management and invoice review processes.

Essential Qualifications:

Required Skills:
  • 3-4 years of experience collaborating with Investment Professionals regarding their information needs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or budgeting is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with MS Access knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proven interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong client focus, ability to prioritize, business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic insight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in vendor management and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with TRG-Screen or MDSL software for at least 3 years.
  • 5 years of experience in the investment market data or financial services sector.
  • Understanding of database systems.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
