Your contribution to our mission:

The Purchasing & Supplier Quality division is tasked with sourcing production materials and ensuring the highest standards of supplier quality, managing a substantial annual procurement volume. Innovation, quality, and sustainability are paramount to our success.

As a key member of this division, you will be instrumental in sourcing and maintaining the quality of production materials for a leading company in the automotive industry.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for the organization, overseeing communications with potential partners, stakeholders, and project contributors.
  • Establish clear project goals aligned with corporate objectives and develop comprehensive project plans. Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Perform thorough market research to identify and assess current trends in digital and sustainable technologies.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment by working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adopt a proactive stance in project management, foreseeing potential challenges and addressing them preemptively.
  • Ensure all project objectives and milestones are achieved, delivering high-quality outcomes within set timelines.
  • Regularly evaluate progress against goals, utilizing data-driven insights to keep projects aligned.
  • Compile detailed reports for management, outlining project status, risks, and results.
  • Lead negotiations for partnerships, investments, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Finalize contracts and agreements that define collaborative projects.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technologies, products, or services from startups into the existing company framework.

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Requirements & Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Technology, Business Development, Startups, or Consulting; experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • High commitment level and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Innovative mindset, willing to embrace challenges.
  • Strategic thinker, proactive, and self-motivated.
