Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Axelon Canada. As a key member of our technology division, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects and programs, with a focus on innovation and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on key milestones for various programs and projects
  • Support business management functions, including budget and capacity planning
  • Prepare and deliver executive management reports and supporting collateral
  • Oversee daily program management and risk mitigation
  • Develop and implement robust project governance structures
  • Manage stakeholder communication and relationships
Requirements:
  • Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
  • Experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project delivery
  • Scrum Master and PMP certification desired
  • Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution
