Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Issuer Services Technology team in executing and delivering large-scale transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on key milestones for various programs and projects
  • Support business management functions, including budget and capacity planning
  • Prepare and deliver executive management reporting and supporting collateral
  • Oversee daily program management and risk management throughout the lifecycle of transformation programs
  • Develop and implement a robust project governance structure for the Issuer Services technology group
Requirements
  • Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager
  • Proven experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and JIRA
  • Scrum Master and PMP certification desired
  • Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution
  • Strong leadership and management skills
