About the Role

Axelon Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation projects in our Financial Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and delivering complex projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager in a financial services or technology division
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects
  • Experience with Agile/Iterative methodologies and JIRA project management tools
  • Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
