Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver remediation projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on environmental remediation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, leading teams and managing projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Additional education in Leadership, Environmental, and/or Sustainability would be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
