- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or telemarketing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Property & Casualty License (OTL) and Life Insurance License (LLQP) required, with reimbursement for courses and licenses after 1 year of employment.
- A competitive base salary of $45,000, with opportunities for commission and bonus.
