Insurance Sales Advisor - Desjardins Agent Team Member

As a key member of our Desjardins Agent Team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to customer service and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License (OTL) and Life Insurance License (LLQP) prior to start date.
