Job Summary

The Commercial Support Coordinator – Bilingual Spanish Speaking role at MacLean Engineering & Marketing Co. Limited is a dynamic position that requires a strong support function to facilitate sales, service, and pricing management in markets where Spanish is the primary language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to support branch operations and drive business growth.
  • Manage service reports and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in weekly service reporting and profitability analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Process warranty claims and provide updates to customers, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Support market-driven pricing strategies, analyzing data to inform pricing decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma or higher, with a Commerce or related degree preferred.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
