Job Summary

The Commercial Support Coordinator – Bilingual Spanish Speaking role at MacLean Engineering is a dynamic position that requires a strong support function to facilitate the sales, service, and warranty process in markets where Spanish is the primary language. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team to provide support to the commercial team, particularly in areas where Spanish is the dominant language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to provide branch support as required.
  • Review and process daily service reports for technicians.
  • Create, sort, enter, and process service orders and invoices, including labor hours and expenses.
  • Support the preparation of weekly service reporting, focusing on reconciliation of timesheets, work orders, and payroll hours, as well as profitability.
  • Manage field service POs with customers and service administrators.
  • Represent MacLean Engineering as a first point of contact with customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses to requests for product, service, or technical support, and quotations.
  • Prepare quotations and enter sales orders into MRP as per customer request.
  • Enter warranty claims into the portal.
  • Advise customers on the status of warranty claims.
  • Aid in maintaining market-driven pricing methodology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Sound organizational and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn new methods, processes, and technologies.
  • Strong computer skills working with MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
