Main Responsibilities:- Contract Oversight: Supervise and monitor the Contracts team to ensure effective contract introduction, administration, and compliance.
- Proposal Coordination: Coordinate, review, and approve formal proposals and pricing with engineering, estimating, program management, Operations, and the executive.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts for domestic and export customers, ensuring that proposals meet financial requirements and that the agreed-to terms and conditions adequately protect the company.
- Financial Management: Coordinate and negotiate financial papers associated with contracts, including Letters of Credit, Performance Bonds, and Banker's Guarantee.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring that the company meets its financial and operational objectives.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with all departments to ensure seamless contract administration and management.
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce degree, Business Administration diploma from a recognized university or college, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-8 years of business/management experience, with contract administration experience considered a strong asset.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills, and negotiation skills.
