Position Overview:

  • Serve as a technical advisor to users, assess requirements, and suggest implementation strategies.
  • Assist in managing middleware and intricate application ecosystems.
  • Deliver specialized assistance for telecommunication systems.
  • Plan, install, configure, and upgrade software components in accordance with company protocols.
  • Foster and sustain collaborative relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
