About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
