Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Warehouse and Transportation activities to ensure customer orders are distributed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all Warehouse and Transportation activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Experience in Agriculture, CPG, Food, Retail, and/or Supply Chain/3PL industries is beneficial
