Position Overview: Our client, IFG International Financial Group Ltd, is seeking a skilled Financial Business Analyst for a temporary role. This position offers a unique chance for professionals with a background in financial services to contribute significantly to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the execution and strategies of Finance's testing initiatives. This includes ensuring that all test plans are completed punctually, aligned with existing requirements, and executed with precision.
  • Supporting members of the GA Finance Team in their reporting duties across various asset classes, such as Securities, Private Equity, Real Estate, Mortgages, Derivatives, and Total Company Reporting. This involves crafting testing plans that adhere to specifications and confirming that testing outcomes align with expectations.
  • Conducting testing for Finance in accordance with the established timeline and managing any issues that arise during testing, ensuring they are escalated appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment or insurance sector, particularly in project management and transformation roles.
  • A solid grasp of financial accounting standards relevant to insurance and investment management.
  • Possession of or progress towards a CPA designation.
  • Experience in project management, especially in planning and executing testing processes.
