About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at President's Choice Financial. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on management reporting and business partnership
  • Post-secondary degree in a business-related field, such as business administration or commerce
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
