IFG International Financial Group Ltd is looking for a proficient Financial Business Analyst to enhance our team. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to our operational excellence.

Position Summary:

  • Oversee projects related to Trade Life Cycle management and support the implementation of T+1 processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in the Middle Office by aligning personal objectives with the broader team strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
  • Manage trade administration tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance oversight, reconciliation activities, and client service functions.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency across various Middle Office business lines.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, particularly in solution deployment and process optimization.
  • At least 3 years of experience within banking or capital markets operations.
  • Expertise in process mapping and analytical methodologies.
  • Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, VBA, Access, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of operational workflows.
  • Ability to interact professionally with Front Office personnel, Quality Assurance teams, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts.
