About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at OTT Financial Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective design, development, and implementation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and Development: Assist in design, development, and testing of business systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Market Research Analysis: Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, analytical, and team player skills.
