Position Overview:

Contract Duration:
This is a temporary position requiring in-office presence.

With over two decades of expertise in delivering Information Technology solutions across North America, MBI I.T. Services is proud to contribute to important civic duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance.
  • Generate comprehensive incident reports and assess the urgency of issues.
  • Resolve technical problems at the first level whenever feasible.
  • Provide support via phone to staff at various locations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, manage complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Availability for extended hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma with ongoing education in a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation and manuals.
  • Proficient in hardware and operating systems, particularly Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Familiarity with current protocols and standards in the industry.
  • Must have a clean criminal record.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in computer science or information technology.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
