Director of Home Care Services

Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Languages:Persian is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate health care personnel to designated projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the provision of health care services within the organization.
- Manage and supervise daily operational activities.
- Assess and enhance daily operational performance.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial resources.
- Organize and streamline daily operational processes.
- Review financial reports to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures for effective health care service delivery.
- Recruit, train, guide, and inspire team members.
- Administer contracts and agreements.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to assess health care services.
- Supervise data analysis and reporting activities.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports.
- Coordinate the efforts of medical professionals, nursing staff, and other personnel.
- Engage with boards, senior management, and governmental representatives.
- Provide health care guidance to patients.
- Negotiate service agreements with clients.
- Lead and assess departments responsible for communication strategies and information dissemination.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official engagements.
- Assist in the collection and monitoring of service usage data.
- Plan and oversee the development of departmental budgets.
- Consult with clients to determine the design and content of communication materials.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to review treatment strategies.
