Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management

Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Staff Management

Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Client Relations

Consult with clients to establish their healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans.

Communication

Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis

Oversee the preparation of reports and analyze data to inform business decisions and improve healthcare services.

Requirements
  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare operations.

Language

Working language: English.

Availability

Available for shift or on-call work, with a minimum of 30 to 32 hours per week.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
