Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations of the home care department
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
    • Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the home care department
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the departmental budget
    • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business administration)
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
    • Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Strong financial management skills
