Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department to meet the needs of our residents.
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our residents.
- Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
