Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the evening English Language program through various administrative tasks.
- Deliver administrative assistance to the evening English Language program.
- Address client inquiries and manage data entry into internal systems.
- Keep records updated and generate reports as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; post-secondary education in Office Administration is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience working in a multicultural setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties during evening hours, responding to inquiries.
- Assist with client registration and maintain accurate participant information.
- Support LINC staff with various administrative functions.
Work Schedule and Compensation: This position requires in-person work Monday to Thursday during evening hours. The annual salary is $36,570.60 prorated for 16 hours per week.
