Position Overview

The Program Administrator plays a pivotal role in the formulation and management of processes associated with the administration of the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (SCBScN) Program. This position is essential in providing strategic direction in the oversight of program resources, particularly concerning casual faculty. The Program Administrator will be responsible for managing faculty risk assessment processes and ensuring that systems related to facility resources are effectively maintained to support student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and execution of processes pertaining to human resource management within the program.
2. Offer guidance on decisions related to the management of casual faculty staffing and associated resources.
3. Spearhead project management initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.
4. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to establish effective communication and conflict resolution frameworks.
5. Organize, maintain, and evaluate processes related to faculty risk management and specialized nursing procedures impacting patient/client care.
6. Oversee the management of systems and processes concerning facility resources.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
A diploma in Business or Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.A minimum of four years of relevant experience in office administration.Advanced proficiency in common software applications, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or equivalent database systems.Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on goal setting, planning, and prioritization.Effective leadership skills, particularly in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applicable to complex data management scenarios.Proven decision-making skills relevant to intricate data management tasks.Ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills.A commitment to valuing diversity.
