**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field and Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to join our team. As a Field and Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and providing infusion therapy to patients in their homes or in our clinics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer medications and provide infusion therapy to patients in their homes or in our clinics
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any adverse events or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on infusion therapy and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest infusion therapy techniques and best practices
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience with IV therapy is an asset
- Diploma/University degree in nursing or related field
- Current registration with provincial licensing body; CPR certificate
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting
- ACLS, PALs, MS and CVAA Certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets
