About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nubo Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
