Position Overview

As a vital member of our team at CAT inc, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with key decision-makers to present our logistics solutions.
  • Providing tailored logistics strategies to enhance business growth for both new and existing clients.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and support.
  • Effectively negotiating pricing and service terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Converting business prospects into increased revenue through effective sales techniques.
  • Managing multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on strategic planning, pricing, and account management.
  • Aligning with management on business development, forecasting, and pipeline strategies.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in logistics.
  • Demonstrated success in logistics and transportation sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client acquisition.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities that translate into business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player who can lead and support staff effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Driving License is preferred.
