About the Role:

As an Account Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-profile clients, nurturing and growing these relationships while providing strategic leadership and guidance. You will collaborate with various project teams within the agency to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee large-scale website development projects from conception to launch, working closely with all departments at VERB Interactive.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients at the executive level, representing the agency and building strong partnerships.
  • Manage client expectations by understanding their needs and aligning them with our team's expertise to develop effective marketing solutions.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts through strategic planning and execution of project tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their objectives, developing plans, forecasting outcomes, and providing regular progress reports.
  • Ensure projects align with business goals and objectives, driving successful outcomes.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources, adhering to predetermined project budgets and proactively adjusting departmental resources as needed.
  • Inspire, coach, motivate, and empower project teams through your leadership role.
  • Mentor and guide other members of the client service team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Take ownership of the organic growth of your assigned portfolio of clients, building lasting relationships and expanding business opportunities.
