About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Away From Home (AFH) Distribution and Retail team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with major Canadian distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major Canadian distributors and retailers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure business success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry, preferably with a CPG company.
