**Job Summary**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, project sponsors, and vendors

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on IAM or related technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ
  • 3 levels of experience available:
    • 1+ years of experience as an IT project manager, including 1 year of experience in IAM domain and vulnerability resolution coordination; OR
    • 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager, 4 years of experience as a release manager, including 1 year of experience in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ); OR
    • 20+ years of experience in project management, at least 7 years as a program manager and delivery team manager in IAM domain, (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi-site worldwide distributed team management. Experience in Agile development and SAFe.
