Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team as a Global Mobility Tax Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert tax advice on cross-border employee mobility, including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, and tax equalization.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities for both the company and employees.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their changing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Canadian and US individual tax planning for employee cross-border movement.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning, and expatriate tax program policy and administration design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
