About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Tax team at KPMG Canada. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing compliance-related tax services to our clients, working closely with Partners, Executive Directors, and Senior Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small and medium-sized client engagements
  • Manage tax compliance work for clients, including Canadian and US personal tax
  • Review the work of junior staff for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff
  • Work with other office members on global clients and proposals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a public accounting firm specializing in personal Canadian and US tax
  • Strong time-management abilities and self-motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual French and English (required)
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
