Key Responsibilities

In the role of Investment Associate, you will partner closely with a Wealth Advisor to cultivate and oversee their portfolio by delivering outstanding client service and supporting business growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business prospects to enhance asset accumulation and revenue generation.
  • Leveraging your extensive knowledge of financial products and services to uncover new opportunities within the current client base.
  • Collaborating with Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to strengthen client relationships through holistic wealth planning.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting comprehensive reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Assisting the Advisor in creating and disseminating client communications and marketing materials.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to fellow associates within the team and branch.
  • Regularly evaluating practices to ensure that administrative processes are efficient and that tasks are properly documented for tracking purposes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO or in the process of obtaining registration.
  • Completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Outstanding client service capabilities, ensuring a professional and respectful experience.
