IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?
In this position, you will:
- Discover new business prospects to gather additional assets and enhance revenue
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of products and services to identify new opportunities within the current client base
- Collaborate with Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to strengthen client relationships through holistic wealth planning
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients
- Partner with the Advisor to create and disseminate client communications and marketing materials
- Provide leadership to fellow associates on the team and within the branch by offering guidance and mentorship
- Regularly assess practices to ensure administrative processes are efficient and that administrative tasks are completed and documented for tracking purposes
DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS?
We would be delighted to collaborate with you if you possess:
- Experience in the securities sector
- Registered Representative (RR) status with CIRO or in the process of obtaining registration
- Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) program
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Superior client service skills, ensuring a professional and respectful experience
