Position Overview

As a Financial Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and enhance a portfolio of clients by delivering personalized relationship management, comprehensive financial support, and outstanding customer service. You will embody the CIBC Service model as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in devising strategies to address their immediate needs and fulfill their long-term aspirations. Your role will involve establishing enduring relationships and providing prudent financial guidance to empower clients in securing their future, achieving home ownership, and expanding their enterprises.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction - Elevate each client's experience by fostering a personal connection that makes every engagement significant. Provide customized advice and solutions across all facets of financial planning, including banking services, investments, loans, and estate management. Broaden your network to forge new client relationships.
  • Market Development - Gain insights into your local market and prospective clientele to formulate a sales strategy that transforms leads into new CIBC clients. Leverage your exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities to nurture connections, create business prospects, and achieve measurable outcomes.
