Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a similar role
- Restaurant setting
- Bistro atmosphere
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Oversee kitchen operations effectively
- Interpret specifications and follow verbal instructions accurately
- Uphold quality control standards for food and service
- Demonstrate food safety and handling expertise
- Expertise in Vegetarian and Vegan cuisines
- Strong attention to detail
