Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our quality standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet demand.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
