Job Summary

1st Executive Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement of IT & Technology on a group-wide basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of Procurement Managers to source and procure IT & Technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage business-critical vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform procurement decisions and create reporting packs for stakeholders.
  • Support the full lifecycle sourcing process, including RFX and contract management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement software.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
