Procurement Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at the Government of Nova Scotia. As a key member of our Procurement Services division, you will play a critical role in supporting the advancement and transformation of procurement in Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the strategic and operational leadership of the eProcurement Portfolio, ensuring alignment with departmental and government priorities.
- Lead the daily operation and outward planning of improvements, innovations, and enhancements for Procurement's business systems.
- Develop and manage a team of administrators in delivering user support, solution design, project delivery, and program evaluation.
- Collaborate with policy, process, operations, and data teams to ensure system configurations align with required outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Government, the broader public sector, and the vendor community to ensure the long-term sustainability of systems.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business, eCommerce, Computer Science, etc.).
- Several years of progressive experience leading teams in a complex service delivery environment.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
